The LX Standard Class Nationals 2011

After six hard fought days, the Standard Class Nationals 2011 are now complete. Prizes were presented by John Delafield of LX avionics, one of the comp sponsors who, along with LXNAV, very generously donated an LX Nano flight recorder as first prize.
Jez Hood, overall first, receiving his Nano Flight Recorder, donated by LX avionics and LXNAV.
Luke Rebbeck, overall second, receiving his Silverstone Driving Experience voucher, thanks to Red Letter Day
Sarah Kelman, overall third, receiving her £100 gift voucher for AFE, thanks to AFE Kidlington.
Jez put in a very consistant performance over the six days, finishing 1st, 1st, 5th, 4th, 2nd, 2nd .
Luke was placed 10th, 4th, 9th, 7th, 4th, 13th
Sarah was placed 19th, 3rd, 3rd, 8th, 7th, 8th
The overall results are online now.
Our next competition will be the Bicester Regionals from 23rd to 31st July 2011, and there are still some places available for those who'd like to take part in the premier Regionals in the UK.
